Itinerary


9.00am - 9.30am: Meet at pick up points.

10.00am – Pertaringa Wines

Learn about the location behind the label whilst enjoying a walk in the vineyards at Pertaringa wines. The wines you’ll enjoy will be an expression of the soil, climate and vineyard aspects you’ll be visiting.

11.00pm – Wirra Wirra

Enjoy the stunning views and a glass of wine from the brand new viewing platform at Wirra Wirra whilst discovering their history dating back to 1894. Understand the skill of winemaking whilst touring their Ironstone Cellars and finally indulge in a private tasting at their Old Cellar Door.

12.00pm – Red Poles

Continue your food and wine journey at Red Poles where you’ll be greeted with a seasonal 3-course lunch focusing on local produce. At Red Poles you can also discovery artistic local talent showcased at their art gallery.

1.30pm – Hugh Hamilton

At Hugh Hamilton you are given the rare opportunity to try ‘The Oddball’ Saperavi, one of their exclusive ‘members only’ wines. Learn how to swirl, sniff and taste whilst understanding the fascinating history of this rare and ancient grape variety.

2.30pm – Primo Estate

Taste a flight of Italian inspired JOSEPH wines accompanied by the latest release of JOSEPH Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian 'grand padano' cheese and crusty bread from the local farmer's market.

3.30pm: McLaren Vale Beer Company

The perfect way to finish your day is to cleanse your palate with a crafted beer tasting at the historic building of the Salopian Inn. With four beers to taste and choose from you’ll end your day in style at the McLaren Vale Beer Company.

4.30pm - 5.00pm: Return to Drop off points.
